How long has Carolina Sports been in business?
Carolina Sports will begin our 12th year when football starts in August 2006. I have been successfully handicapping sports for 18 years. I personally answer every phone call that comes as it insures that every customer is treated with respect and dignity, something which this industry solely lacks. I still have customers that I talk to from day one when I started my service.

Why is it call Carolina Sports if you are located in NY?
Before I started this business I was living in North Carolina and my two close friends encouraged me to sell my knowledge because I was winning so much money in football and basketball. So I did, but two years into it I moved back up north where I am originally from. I just brought the business with me and didn't change the name because I had built a strong reputation with my clients for my selections.

How much does your service cost?
When I first started my business I always believed that it's better to have many customers and a lower price then to have an exclusive few. Even with all the success in college football over the last few years I still believe in that philosophy. How many plays do you give out?
This is sometimes difficult to answer. On Saturday we usually release anywhere from 4 to 7 plays depending on the strength and value of the card. On Sunday we will be limiting our plays from 1 to 3. For Monday and Thursday games we do not force the action. If the game grades out as a late phone play then we will release it. Just because it is on T.V. doesn't mean we have to release the game.

Are your plays monitored?
As you can see from the #1 ranking in college football I certainly am monitored. There are probably 3 or 4 LEGITIMATE monitoring services out there and we choose to go with the best and the one that has been around the longest, THE SPORTS MONITOR out of Oklahoma City, OK.

If I lose, will I receive a refund?
As we all know there is risk involved in sports wagering and in playing in the stock market. OUR POLICY IS THAT WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND. This is our way to make a living and we work extremely hard at it. If you lose money in the stock market, your stock broker WILL NOT refund your money on your transactions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Normally, if you sign up for a week or month and you are a FIRST TIME SUBSCRIBER and we do not win, we will extend your service. ALL SEASONAL PACKAGES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

I see you have additional handicappers at your site; can you give me more information about them?
In August 2004, I hooked up with some of the best professional players and handicappers in the world and offered them an opportunity to sell there information at my site. They all have their own private clients or play professionally. It has worked out great! They have all been a big success but you should know by now that nothing is a sure thing! Do you rate your games or have a money management system?
Absolutely! It is vital to follow some sort or management system in order to have a successful season. My games are rated 3* to 5*. My games of the year receive a 10* rating. Depending on how much you wager will determine the dollar amount you play per star.

When do you release your selections?
I usually release my college plays on Saturday around 10:30 am est. and pro selections on Sunday around 11:30 am est. Monday and Thursday games are released at 6:30 est. Every customer receives a voicemail number to retrieve their selections. All customers will receive voicemail # to access their plays or if you would like you can have your plays e-mailed to you.

How do I join your service?
You can call my office any time from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. est. to sign up. If I don't answer the phone you can leave a message or try back later. We accept all major credit cards online, western union, certified check or money order. All credit card transactions are to be done online through the #1 credit card processor, PAYPAL. YOU NO LONGER NEED DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER TO JOIN USING PAYPAL! To pay for our service you can click on the ‘sign up’ link to pay with your credit card. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING PAYPAL IF YOU NEVER USED THEM BEFORE. If you choose to pay by western union please contact our office and I will give you further details. If you choose to pay by credit card over the phone, there is a 7% service that will be added. THERE ARE NO SERVICE FEES WHEN PAYING WITH PAYPAL OR SENDING A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER!!!
